About us

From a love for Indian craft to a brand that carries culture forward.

Syotah was born in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, not in a boardroom, but in the quiet, determined hands of Archana Goswami, a woman who saw beauty in every bead, every thread, and every fold of Indian fabric. What began as a personal passion for handcraft grew into something far greater, a brand that celebrates the art of being Indian, one bag at a time.

Our Purpose

Every Syotah piece is a love letter to Indian heritage. We create handcrafted bags and accessories that are rooted in the rich textile traditions of India, from Bandhej and Pichwai to Kalamkari and Zari, and bring them into the everyday lives of modern Indian women. We believe Indian craft deserves to be celebrated, not just preserved.

Recognised & Celebrated Because good work speaks.

Syotah has been recognised by CAIT, felicitated on International Women's Day 2026, and honoured by BNI Bilaspur. Archana has conducted Skill Development Workshops at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, taking the art of handmade bag making beyond her brand and into the hands of a new generation.

Made With Intention Every stitch. Every bead. Every bag.

We do not mass produce. We do not cut corners. Each Syotah piece is handcrafted with intention, finished with care, and sent to you with the quiet pride of knowing it was made to last. When you carry Syotah, you carry a piece of India, and a piece of us.
