Yes. Every piece is hand-embroidered, hand-beaded, or hand-finished by skilled artisans — which means small variations in embroidery and beadwork are part of the charm, not a flaw. No two pieces are ever perfectly identical.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because each piece is handcrafted, please allow [2-4 business days] for your order to be prepared before it ships. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it's on its way.
Can I return or exchange my bag?
We accept exchanges within [7 days] of delivery, provided the piece is unused and in its original packaging. Made-to-order or personalized pieces are final sale.
Do you offer customization for weddings or bulk events?
